By accessing or contracting the telephony and software services provided by AnteikuAI Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not utilize our systems.
AnteikuAI Ltd provisions, hosts, and manages artificial intelligence conversational SMS agents, missed-call telephony routing, and automated Google review generation workflows specifically engineered for professional trade contractors.
System onboarding requires a one-time deployment fee of £497.99. Ongoing management is billed on a rolling monthly agreement at £397.99/month, initiated 30 calendar days post-deployment. There are no fixed-term lock-in contracts. Clients may terminate the service by providing written notice 7 days prior to their next scheduled billing cycle.
To execute automated messaging, the Client authorizes AnteikuAI Ltd and its underlying infrastructure sub-processors (specifically GoHighLevel Inc. and Twilio Inc.) to act as Data Processors for inbound consumer phone numbers and SMS metadata. The Client remains the sole Data Controller of their customer records. AnteikuAI Ltd agrees to process data exclusively for system fulfillment, will never sell contractor client lists, and operates in strict accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
The Client acknowledges that A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS delivery is subject to third-party UK Mobile Network Operator (MNO) spam filtering. AnteikuAI Ltd holds no financial liability for dropped text messages caused by carrier network outages, Ofcom regulatory audits, or client handset misconfigurations.
Our systems act purely as administrative conversational assistants. Under no circumstances shall AnteikuAI Ltd be held financially liable for unclosed contractor estimates, lost commercial tenders, or general business revenue fluctuations.
These terms are governed explicitly by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
