Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellations

You operate on a flexible rolling agreement. You may cancel your subscription to Anteiku AI services at any time. To cancel without incurring the next cycle's fee, please email ahmad.adil@anteikuai.com at least 7 days prior to your upcoming billing date. Your system will remain active until the conclusion of the current paid period.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Due to the live infrastructure costs and dedicated server allocation required to keep AI telephony agents online, we do not offer refunds for ongoing £397.99 monthly retainers once that specific billing month has commenced.

3. Discretionary Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of AnteikuAI Ltd under the following isolated circumstances:

Core system technical failures on our hosting layer that prevent software usage for more than 7 consecutive days.
Verified duplicate billing errors caused by our Stripe payment gateway.

4. System Deployment & Setup Fees

The initial £497.99 System Deployment fee covers non-recoverable UK telecom regulatory filings, local carrier number purchasing, and bespoke Knowledge Base engineering. Therefore, setup fees are strictly non-refundable once account provisioning has commenced.
