1. Who we are

AnteikuAI Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 17206065), provides AI messaging assistants to trade contractors. This policy explains what we do with personal data. For anything relating to your data, contact ahmad.adil@anteikuai.com.

2. Information we collect from our clients

When a contractor enquires or signs up, we collect the information they give us: name, business name, business email address, mobile telephone number, service areas, and details about the work they do. We also hold billing records processed through Stripe. We do not store full card details.

3. Information processed on behalf of our clients

When someone calls a client's business number and does not get through, our system processes that caller's telephone number and the content of the text conversation that follows. In this arrangement our client is the Data Controller and AnteikuAI Ltd is a Data Processor acting on their instructions. We process this data only to deliver the messaging service.

If you are a member of the public who has been messaged by one of our clients' assistants and you want your data removed, contact the business you called, or contact us and we will pass the request on. Replying STOP to any message stops further messages immediately.

4. What we use data for

Client information is used to configure and run the assistant, to provide support, and to process billing. Consumer data is used only to conduct the conversation the caller initiated and to pass the resulting enquiry to the contractor. We do not use either for advertising and we do not sell data to anyone.

5. Sub-processors

To deliver the service we share data with:

• GoHighLevel Inc. — CRM and messaging platform hosting
• Twilio Inc. — telephony and SMS transmission
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing

6. Retention

Conversation records are retained for as long as the client's account is active, so the contractor has a record of their enquiries. On account closure, client data is deleted on request. Billing records are retained for as long as required by UK tax law.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to client accounts is restricted. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email ahmad.adil@anteikuai.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
