Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to Anteiku AI services at any time. To cancel, please email ahmad.adil@anteikuai.com at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. Your service will continue until the end of the current paid period.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our AI management systems and the immediate allocation of resources upon setup, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has commenced.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of AnteikuAI Ltd in the following cases:

Technical failure of the service that prevents usage for more than 7 consecutive days.
Billing errors caused by our system.

4. Onboarding Fees

Any one-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the system configuration process has begun.
